Alexander Oracheff joined Euro Pacific Capital in November 2011 and brings 14 years of knowledge and experience to the company.
He began his career with Charles Schwab & Co. in Denver for its Active Trader Unit that specialized in multi-legged options and international investing. After several years working in Colorado, he moved back to his home town of Westport, Connecticut in the winter of 2002. Alexander took a role in the Private Client division with Citigroup Smith Barney, where he specialized in alternative and international investing for high net worth families.
Recruited by Fidelity in 2007, he moved into a position with them as a Private Access Broker focusing on domestic equities. After two years there, he moved his team and continued his passion for international investing to TD Ameritrade where he managed accounts implementing strategies in foreign and domestic markets.
Over the years, Alexander became familiar with Peter Schiff, Austrian Economics and Euro Pacific Capital. He has truly gained a passion for investing outside the US dollar and using precious metals as a hedge against inflation.
Mr. Oracheff is a 1998 graduate of Regis University in Denver, Colorado, with a double major in International Business and Political Science. He currently resides in Fairfield with his wife and is surrounded by a large close-knit family. Alexander holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 registrations.
