Deron brings more than 15 years experience in the financial services industry in the U.S. and internationally, leading sales teams within start up, high growth and mature organizations.
Before joining Euro Pacific, he worked at MetLife, where he helped build their 3rd party distribution sales force, which sold retirement and protection products through financial advisors in banks, independent planner and wirehouse firms. During his tenure with MetLife, he led all internal sales desk teams. Deron also worked with MetLife International, helping to build, train and develop their sales call teams in Japan and the UK. While there, he coached teams on industry best practices and helped develop the infrastructure needed to support their sales efforts.
Prior to MetLife, Deron worked at AXA-Equitable with their independent distribution division and led a team responsible for distributing annuities within the bank channel.
Deron graduated from Cal Poly Pomona and holds the Series 7, 24 & 63 licenses.
A native of California, Deron lives in Laguna Hills with his wife and two children.
