For investors who desire diversification, convenience and active management, Euro Pacific Capital, through its affiliate Euro Pacific Asset Management, offers a series of mutual funds focused on different areas of the global investment marketplace. These funds may be particularly useful to investors who want to access Peter Schiff’s investment strategies, but do not qualify for the account minimums needed for our managed account platforms.

Investors with less than $25,000 can purchase these funds directly via the Funds’ websites (below). Minimum investment per fund is $2,500.

EuroPac International Value Fund (EPIVX)
The Euro Pacific International Value Fund is a new mutual fund that offers investors of varied means access to a diversified, actively managed portfolio. The fund seeks to provide capital appreciation and income, and is run by the same team heading up our wealth management division: Peter Schiff, as the Investment Committee Chairperson, and Jim Nelson, CFA, as the Portfolio Manager.
The fund seeks to help diversify currency risk by investing in a number of countries with positive macro-economic fundamentals (including trade surpluses, low government debt, high interest rates relative to other developing nations, and low inflation – just to name a few). It is an alternative way to take advantage of Euro Pacific’s global investment approach.

EP Latin America Fund (EPLAX)
EP Latin America Fund (EPLAX) is a new mutual fund that seeks long term capital appreciation by investing in equity securities of growing but stable Latin American companies of any market capitalization, that the team believes are trading at attractive valuations relative to anticipated growth in revenue and earnings. The strategy is targeted towards US-based investors who are concerned about global inflation, growing fiscal deficits and below-trend growth rates that are challenging the investment outlook for mature economies.
The Fund is managed by Russell Hoss, CFA, who also oversees two of Euro Pacific Asset Management's other fund offerings, the EP China Fund (EPHCX) and EP Asia Small Companies Fund (EPASX).

You may lose money by investing in the fund. Foreign investments also present risks due to currency fluctuations, economic and political factors, lower liquidity, government regulations, differences in securities regulations and accounting standards, possible changes in taxation, limited public information and other factors. The risks are magnified in countries with emerging markets, since these countries may have relatively unstable governments and less established markets and economies. Small, and mid cap stocks are subject to substantial risks such as market, business, size volatility, management experience, product diversification, financial resource, competitive strength, liquidity, and potential to fall out of favor that may cause their prices to fluctuate over time, sometimes rapidly and unpredictably. Investment in securities of a limited number of issuers exposes the Fund to greater market risk and potential losses than if its assets were diversified among the securities of a greater number of issuers. The Fund's investments will be closely tied to the Latin American region, which are generally characterized by high interest, inflation, and unemployment rates and may be more volatile than the performance of funds that invest in more developed countries and regions. Currency fluctuations or devaluations can have a significant effect on the entire region and foreign currencies and/or the U.S. Dollar may decline in value relative to the each other. The economies Latin American countries are particularly sensitive to fluctuations in commodity prices, currencies and global demand for commodities.
EuroPac Asia Small Companies Fund (EPASX)
The Euro Pacific Asia Small Companies Fund seeks to achieve long term capital appreciation by investing at least 80% of its net assets, which include borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of small capitalization companies located in the Asian countries of China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. The fund sub-advisors will focus on dividend paying small cap companies that they believe are stable, financially sound, and capable of growth.

Carefully consider the risks and special considerations associated with investing in the fund. In considering this investment, please also keep in mind that, due to the limited focus of this fund, the fund is more susceptible to market volatility because smaller companies may not have the management experience, financial resources, product diversification and competitive strengths of larger companies. Additionally, smaller company stocks tend to be sold less often and in smaller amounts than larger company stocks. More information about these risks and others can be found in the fund’s prospectus.

The fund invests primarily in investment grade government bonds, with the remainder dedicated to what the management team believes are undervalued corporate bonds from companies in attractive sectors with improving fundamentals.
The fund is run by Investment Committee Chairperson Peter Schiff and portfolio manager Jim Nelson, CFA, the same team that runs the EuroPac International Value Fund, and Euro Pacific Capital’s wealth management division.

EuroPac Hard Asset Fund (EPHAX)
The Euro Pacific Hard Asset Fund is designed for US-based investors who are concerned about the rising tide of global inflation and long term uncertainty of the US dollar. To hedge against these forces, the Fund will seek to invest in hard asset securities, such as gold, silver, and non-dollar equities in the commodity sector and currencies that the management team believes have the greatest potential for appreciation versus the US Dollar. As a secondary objective, the fund seeks to generate a stream of income from dividends and interest. The Fund is run by Peter Schiff, investment committee chairperson, and Jim Nelson, CFA, portfolio manager, the same team that overseas the EuroPac International Value Fund (EPIVX) and EuroPac International Bond Fund (EPIBX).

EP China Fund (EPHCX)
The EP China Fund uses a value oriented strategy with a long term focus on financially sound, stable but growing, dividend paying Chinese companies. The Fund believes that China will continue to grow faster over the long term than many developed countries due to the emerging middle class, strong consumer balance sheets, a fiscally conservative government and ongoing market deregulation. To benefit from these trends, the Fund is focused exclusively on finding those companies best positioned to benefit from the underlying fundamental strength in China. In our quest to generate attractive returns and limit downside risk for our shareholders, we balance the strong growth outlook for many Chinese companies with valuation and the company’s ability and willingness to pay dividends.
