Eric Steingruebner Branch Manager
Mr. Steingruebner started with Euro Pacific Capital as an investment consultant in the Darien, CT office when it first opened. After one year there, he was asked by Peter Schiff to manage the Newport Beach office, where he has been since the summer of 2006.

Eric brings a unique work history and level of experience to Euro Pacific. After graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 1997 and receiving his Juris Doctorate degree, Eric worked for a New York City Law firm for 2 years. He has extensive experience working in the areas of trusts and estates. He joined the financial services industry in 1999 at Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Euro Pacific Capital, Eric worked for several years with an independent broker dealer, working primarily with entrepreneurs and professional business owners, advising clients on qualified retirement plan strategies, wealth transfer and financial planning. He has experience with managed accounts, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, annuities and life insurance. His desire to offer clients opportunities to invest in overseas markets led him to Euro Pacific.

Eric is conversant in German and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, and 66 licenses. He currently resides in Newport Beach, CA with his wife Elisa and son, Karl.



Gordon McBean Head of Capital Markets Division
Heading the new Capital Markets Division is industry veteran Gordon McBean, CFA, who will oversee research, institutional sales, and investment banking. Prior to joining Euro Pacific in July, Mr. McBean was Director of Research at Roth Capital Partners in Newport Beach, CA. While at Roth, McBean built a research team widely acclaimed as a leader in growth stocks, with a particular emphasis on China. He was also responsible for setting up Roth's operations in China, and was based in Shanghai for the majority of 2006 and 2007. A native of Scotland, Gordon McBean he has been in the securities industry for 20 years and served in various capacities Lehman Brothers, Wells Fargo Van Kasper and Friedman, Billings, Ramsey. He received his B.A. in Business Economics from Paisley University in Scotland and is a CFA Charterholder. He is a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Orange County.

Gordon resides in Newport Coast, California with his wife and three children. He holds FINRA 7, 63. 24, 86 and 87 licenses.



Danielle Psarras Investment Consultant/Precious Metals Manager
Mrs. Psarras manages the firm’s precious metal, Perth Mint Certificate Program.

Prior to joining Euro Pacific, Dani worked in various capacities within the financial services industry. While her investment career began in 1999 with the Newport Beach branch of Hambrecht & Quist, she later spent 4 years as an investment advisor at Smith Barney in Irvine, CA. To more fully utilize her business management skills, Dani joined Fidelity National Information Solutions (NYSE symbol: FNF) as Director of Marketing and Business Operations. Upon the expiration of her contract with FNIS, she decided to return to the financial services industry and joined Euro Pacific Capital in March of 2004.

Mrs. Psarras holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and International Business from Babson College in Wellesley, MA. She holds Series 7, 63 and 65 licenses.



Chris Rieger Vice President, Investments
Mr. Rieger brings more than fifteen years of investment expertise to Euro Pacific Capital. With his extensive financial background, he counsels clients on a broad range of topics including foreign and domestic equities, options, mutual funds and fixed income investments, annuities, life insurance and retirement plans for individuals and corporations.

While his investment career began in 1994 with Dean Witter, Chris later spent 5 years at Smith Barney as a financial consultant and later moved to UBS Paine Webber in order to take advantage of that firm's more extensive global research on behalf of his clients. To more fully utilize his expanding international expertise, Mr. Rieger joined Euro Pacific Capital in January of 2004 as a Financial Consultant.

Mr. Rieger holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of William Paterson in New Jersey. He holds FINRA series 7, 24, 31, 63, 65 and L&D licenses. Chris lives in Mission Viejo with his wife Mona and two children Tyler and Diana.



Burt Gardner Investment Consultant
With Euro Pacific since 2001, Mr. Gardner brings ten years of investment experience to the firm and he advises clients on investments in natural resources, including energy and precious metals, as well as in foreign equities.

Burt started his investment career in 1995 as an analyst with Alex Brown & Sons following semiconductor and technology stocks. He then worked in the $5 billion bond portfolio department of Fireman's Fund Insurance, and later as an analyst for ABN Amro Bank.

Before entering the arena of investment management, Mr. Gardner was a tax accountant. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University, an MBA from Indiana University, and a CPA license. He also holds Series 7 and 66 licenses.



Matt Psarras Precious Metals Specialist
Mr. Psarras began his career in the financial services industry with Monaco Rare Coins, (a division of Monex), specializing in precious metals and rare coins. Working with some of the best in the industry, Matt brought his expertise and passion for precious metals to Euro Pacific Capital in 2006 partnering with his wife to help manage the Precious Metals Division for the Company.

Matt is a firm believer in the decline and possible collapse of the U.S. Dollar and economy and that we are in the early stages of a long bull market for precious metals and commodities.

Matt studied at the University of Nevada and Calvary Chapel Bible College and is currently working on his Series 7 and 66 licenses. He currently resides in Laguna Hills, CA. with his wife Danielle and two daughters Emily and Mia.



Brian Holden Investment Consultant
After working in the Computer industry for almost a decade, Mr. Holden entered the Financial Services Industry in 2000. Prior to joining Euro Pacific, Brian worked at Countrywide Financial, Dime Bank, and as Senior Officer at Wells Fargo. His economic analysis helped him to structure client portfolios of various financial products. His extensive study of global economic trends, international investing and real estate are areas of strength that Brian brings to Euro Pacific Capital.

Since 2005, Brian has worked in our Scottsdale office and has recently relocated back to California to work in our Newport Beach office. Brian attended California State Long Beach University; he holds his FINRA Series 7 and 63.



Chris Bougeokles Investment Consultant
Mr. Bougeokles graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of California Irvine with a major in Political Science and minor in Management. He prides himself on having independently financed the entirety of his college education by working full time, while still managing to graduate a quarter early. Showing an early interest in the field of academia, Chris graduated as valedictorian of his high school, and subsequently utilized the law forum at UCI to explore a career in the legal profession. After working within the field for 3 years, his close relationship with finance professor Storey Stanford led him into the financial services industry. Realizing the implications of the current imbalances in the economy, Chris denied several offers from large wire house firms and ultimately decided to align himself with a firm that could help others benefit from the opportunities available though investing in foreign equities. He has done extensive research in the analysis of geopolitical risk and its effect on international trade and markets.

He is currently learning Chinese and plans to pursue an MBA in Economics while continuing to work full-time.

Chris holds FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses.



Robert Douglass Investment Consultant
Mr. Douglass brings 28 years of experience in asset management to Euro Pacific Capital. Beginning his career in 1980 as a financial advisor with Dean Witter in San Francisco, he later moved to New York where he owned seats on the AMEX and NY Futures Exchange and worked as a floor trader. He was then hired by Goldman Sachs in the equity arbitrage department to perform equity arbitrage program trades for their institutional and hedge fund clients.

Following his time with Goldman, Robert moved on to found and operate a short-biased hedge fund that provided a negatively-correlated portfolio asset for wealthy private clientele. He then returned to the West Coast to help build several national broker dealer firms from the ground up before returning to private practice to work with individuals in managing their assets with a specific focus on asset preservation strategies.

Knowing for some years of Peter Schiff's views on the global markets, Robert found in Euro Pacific a philosophy on the markets and economy identical to his own and one of the few firms in the industry that addresses the unique set of risks that confront investors today.

Robert holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.



Mark Nuovo Investment Consultant
Prior to joining Euro Pacific Capital, Mark was Vice President of Sales in Southern California for Fisher Investments, a high net worth private money management firm. Before his experience at Fisher, Mark worked for Citigroup's Smith Barney as Vice President of Investments in Northern California. He founded PIR Capital Management, Inc. in 1998, which focused on managed retirement assets. Mark also spent 10 years as a Vice President with Wells Fargo's Private Client Services with an emphasis on wealth management and estate planning. During his tenure at Wells Fargo, he also served as Financial Consultant and Regional Sales Manager. Mark started his career at American Express as a Financial Planner and has over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to entering the financial arena, Mark served 14 years of active/reserve duty in the United States Navy's aviation community. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from San Diego State University. He holds FINRA series 7, 24, 53, 63, 65, and NFA series 3 licenses, as well as California Insurance and Real Estate licenses.



Jack Miller Investment Consultant
Jack brings over ten years of investment experience to Euro Pacific Capital. Prior to joining Euro Pacific, Jack worked at Scudder Kemper Investments, NatCity Investments, and Wachovia Securities as a financial planner. With passions for the Austrian School of economic theory as well as financial history, he became concerned early on with what he saw as a debt bubble in the U.S. economy. He has consistently taken the contrarian view point from the mainstream financial services industry and has advised clients on how they should prepare to protect their financial assets from market turmoil and the eventual devaluation of the U. S. dollar.

Jack graduated from Ohio University. He currently holds his FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses.
