Bruce N. Oderman Branch Manager
Mr. Oderman has 25+ years in the financial services industry in combination of various roles. His knowledge includes fixed income securities markets and alternative investment strategies. His focus is on value based securities and he believes in the “ABC’s of investing: Buying "Assets below Cost."
His career began in 1978 in Beverly Hills, CA as a U.S. Government and Municipal Bond salesman at the boutique, Stern Brenner & Co. Later he worked for the firms Sutro; Rauscher Pierce Refnes; Shearson Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. Prior to joining Euro Pacific Capital he worked for 12 years as Managing Director for the Capital Markets Division of Thomas F. White & Co., Inc. in Jersey City, NJ.
Bruce attended Quinnipiac College for business and presently holds a FINRA series 7, 24, 63 licenses.
John Browne Senior Market Strategist
John Browne is the Senior Market Strategist for Euro Pacific Capital, Inc. Mr. Browne is a distinguished former member
of Britain's Parliament who served on the Treasury Select Committee, as Chairman of the Conservative Small Business
Committee, and as a close associate of then-Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Among his many notable assignments, John
served as a principal advisor to Mrs. Thatcher's government on issues related to the Soviet Union, and was the first to
convince Thatcher of the growing stature of then Agriculture Minister Mikhail Gorbachev. As a partial result of Browne's
advocacy, Thatcher famously pronounced that Gorbachev was a man the West "could do business with." A graduate of the
Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Britain's version of West Point and retired British army major, John served as a
pilot, parachutist, and communications specialist in the elite Grenadiers of the Royal Guard.
In addition to careers in British politics and the military, John has a significant background, spanning some 37 years,
in finance and business. After graduating from the Harvard Business School, John joined the New York firm of Morgan
Stanley & Co as an investment banker. He has also worked with such firms as Barclays Bank and Citigroup. During his
career he has served on the boards of numerous banks and international corporations, with a special interest in venture
capital. He is a frequent guest on CNBC's Kudlow & Co. and a former contributing editor and columnist of NewsMax
Media's Financial Intelligence Report and Moneynews.com. He holds FINRA series 7 license.
Thomas Tomljanovic Investment Consultant
Thomas Tomljanovic recently joined Euro Pacific Capital, bringing an in-depth knowledge of natural resources and
precious metals stocks and commodities. Tomljanovic worked for several years as a commodities broker and registered
investment advisor. Most recently, he was an introducing broker at Remington Commodities, a commodities firm affiliated
with EFG Group/Cadent. In conjunction with his role as president of Remington Commodities, Tomljanovic worked as an
independent broker for Coordinated Capital Securities, Inc.
Prior to entering the financial services industry, Tomljanovic spent twenty years overseeing the middle-management
executive recruiting firm he founded, that specialized in the placement of accounting and financial personnel.
Tomljanovic earned his B.S. from University of Charleston. He holds Series 3, 7, and 66 licenses.
Walter Bahr Investment Consultant
After graduating from the University of Nebraska at Kearney in 1992, Walt continued his education and earned his
doctorate in 1996. He started at Morgan Stanley in 1999 and relocated to Florida in 2005 to work as an investment
advisor at American Financial Management specializing in equity indexed annuities.
Walt became a proficient currency trader and started developing various trading models. For 2 years while working at
American Financial, he trained others from around the country to trade the currency markets and eventually developed
computer automated trading systems. Walt holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses as well as an insurance license. He
currently resides in North Palm Beach with his wife Cheryl and daughter Sophia.
David Weishaus Investment Consultant
Mr. Weishaus holds a J.D. from the University of Baltimore as well as two bachelor degrees from Johns Hopkins
University, specializing in International Relations and East Asian Studies. Prior to joining Euro Pacific, Mr. Weishaus
worked at Bank of America as a manager.
A student of Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Weishaus has extensive experience working and studying in mainland China. He has
co-authored several papers on the Chinese telecommunications industry and was employed as a consultant to pursue
investment opportunities regarding the recent privatization of the Chinese real estate market. With his vast knowledge
of emerging market economies, Mr. Weishaus is a formidable member of the Euro Pacific team.
Mr. Weishaus is a former Florida State Chess Champion and holder of FINRA series 7 and 63.
