Mr. Catalfio's investment career began in 1989 with Lehman Brothers in Los Angeles where he first worked with Peter Schiff. A subsequent move to Sutro and company in 1993 took him to his current place of residence in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he runs one of Euro Pacific Capital's branch offices. Since that time he has handled individual as well as institutional accounts in all areas of investing. As a Vice President at Piper Jaffray in the late 90's, he managed 401k plans for several large Corporations. Sound economic principles and expert technical analysis have helped him navigate changing trends in both domestic and international markets. Mr. Catalfio is a frequent substitute host for Peter Schiff on Wall Street Unspun, and has been heard on several popular radio stations. In addition, John has presented at many investment conferences discussing the issues surrounding the US dollar. He earned his BS in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63 and 65 licenses. John lives in Scottsdale with his wife Donna, a practicing IP Attorney and his two kids Jake and Taylor.
For over thirteen years Mr. Masunas has been helping his clients achieve their long-term investment and estate planning goals. Mike's economic knowledge and experience have lead him to focus on global investing at Euro Pacific. In addition, Mike helps clients with wealth accumulation, retirement planning, education savings planning and tax-efficient strategies. He also has experience with equities, managed accounts, fixed income, mutual funds, annuities, and life insurance. Mike started in the industry in 1993 and spent the last 11 years at H&R Block Financial Advisors (formerly Olde). Mike holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 8 and 63 securities licenses as well as life, health, variable products and property and casualty insurance certifications. He is a frequent speaker at investment and estate planning conferences, and resides in Tucson with his wife Annalisa, an attorney, and their three children.
Mr. Walicki attended Michigan State University and graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2002 with an undergraduate degree in Economics. He furthered his education at Walsh College, where he earned a Masters degree in Economics. Both economic degrees are heavily rooted and focused in the Austrian School, specifically business cycles and credit expansions throughout history. Prior to joining Euro Pacific, Adam was a touring professional in Golf as well as a representative with W&S Financial Group. Mr. Walicki holds a series 6, 7, and 63 licenses, as well as Arizona Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Mr. Oberholtzer graduated from Eller Business School at the University of Arizona and has been a financial advisor for over a decade. Corey began his investment career with Charles Schwab and Co, Inc., where he managed portfolios for high net worth clients and specialized in asset management. Following his tenure with Charles Schwab, Corey managed a branch with HSBC, a multi-national bank based out of London. Corey's interest in emerging markets and the global economy led him to Euro Pacific Capital. He uses his extensive knowledge of the financial markets to implement sound investment strategies to help his clients achieve their financial goals. He is a Certified Financial Planner and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
In 1983, Todd graduated from Syracuse University School of Management with a B.S. in Finance. Soon after graduation, he worked as a trader on the OTC trading desk for Prudential-Bache Securities. From 1985 to 1993 he served as Senior Vice President of Investments for Shearson. It was there where he first met Peter Schiff. Later in 1993 he played a significant role in helping Sutro & Co. open its first office in Scottsdale, Arizona. In 1999 he became the Investment Manager of Desert Orchid Partners L.L.C. As the Investment Manager of the Fund, he was responsible for all the investment advisory decisions, including conducting all trading and directing all operating activities. Todd has also traveled extensively throughout the world and is fluent in Spanish. This international exposure would ultimately lead him to Euro Pacific. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Todd brings a wealth of knowledge to the company. Todd holds Series 7 and 63 licenses.
Mr. Peters brings a wealth of experience to Euro Pacific Capital having been in the investment business for over a decade. Cameron served as a technical trader for Desert Orchid Partners LLC, and later continued his vast experience in Asset Management with Oppenheimer and Co. His interests in helping people grow and preserve their wealth lead him to Peter Schiff and Euro Pacific. In his free time Cameron is an avid Cubs fan and enjoys playing soccer. He resides in Scottsdale with his wife Tiffany and their two children. He holds a FINRA Series 7 and 63 Licenses. |
